On August 8, 2024, Doly Technologies held the ignition ceremony of the world's first “1+2” aluminum water supply system for 9200T die-casting island in its Changzhou production base. It is reported that the system innovatively adopts the combination of a tower melting furnace and two dosing furnaces, which is the world's first integrated die-casting “1+2” aluminum liquid system industrial model, specially designed for supporting the aluminum water supply of two sets of 9200T super-large die-casting island.

The 9200T die-casting island “1+2” aluminum water supply system is developed by Denuo Thermal Energy Technology (Suzhou) Co. In order to meet the high efficient production demand of two sets of 9200 tons die-casting island at the same time, Denuo Thermal Energy designed this system, which consists of one DMFS 6000-12000 melting furnace and two DDI 6100 dosing furnaces. The melting furnace combines melting, holding, liquid aluminum handling and transfer functions, with a melting rate of 6 tons/hour and a holding capacity of up to 12 tons. The proprietary design of the liquid handling tank and transfer area ensures consistent quality and continuous supply of liquid aluminum. The two dosing furnaces, each with a holding capacity of 6 tons, are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the two sets of die casting islands, enabling synchronized transmission of the liquid aluminum supply and efficient production.

The melting furnace transfer area of DinoTherm is cleverly located in the middle of the two dosing furnaces and is closely connected to them by a section of automatic rotating chute. The patented opening and closing mechanism is not only adjustable up and down to accommodate different heights, but also opens and closes automatically in response to signals to accurately transfer the liquid aluminum to the desired die casting unit. When the dosing furnace automatically detects that the amount of aluminum liquid is insufficient, it sends a signal to the transfer pump, so that it can quickly start and introduce the aluminum liquid that has been processed in the melting furnace into the dosing furnace through the chute, so as to ensure that the die-casting operation can be carried out uninterruptedly. Full automation connection, without personnel participation, the whole die-casting island only need to be equipped with an operator, the maximum degree of realization of the system's automation, intelligence.
